Human Rights

Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that every person is entitled to, regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other status. They are fundamental to ensuring the dignity, equality, and well-being of all individuals, providing protection against oppression, and ensuring justice. Human rights are recognized and protected by law, both at the national and international levels.

Principle:

1. Universality: Human rights apply to all people, everywhere in the world, simply by virtue of being human. No one is excluded from the protection of these rights.

   
   

2. Indivisibility: All human rights are interrelated, interdependent, and indivisible. Whether civil, political, economic, social, or cultural, all rights are equally important and cannot be separated from one another.

   
   

3. Equality and Non-Discrimination: Every individual, regardless of race, gender, nationality, or any other status, is entitled to enjoy their human rights without discrimination.

   
   

4. Participation: Every individual has the right to freely participate in the political, cultural, and social life of their country and society.

   
   

5. Accountability and Rule of Law: Governments and institutions are accountable to individuals for protecting their human rights. Mechanisms must be in place to hold violators of human rights accountable.
